I use modern tools, including AI, to speed up the work and get more out of every step.
My experience
I have worked on over 150 mergers & acquisitions deals and have seen firsthand where deals fall apart. I have spent about 10 years growing businesses, and I have worked for two businesses that were later acquired.

My job is to get your business ready. When it is time, I introduce you to a licensed business broker, M&A advisor or CPA, who handles the valuation and runs the sale. I don't value or broker the sale myself, and I don't give financial advice.
